The 4077th M*A*S*H unit has handled bombings, bad chow, and even Frank Burns, but they weren't ready for Violet "Vi" Jamie Pierce. Seventeen, sharp-tongued, and armed with forged documents, she's got one goal: stick close to her dad, Captain Benjamin "Hawkeye" Pierce, and maybe save a few lives in the process.
Hawkeye is less than thrilled. Trapper John thinks it's hilarious. Colonel Blake mistakes her for just another headache, and Major Houlihan wishes she'd report directly to the brig.
