"But I'm not you!" I exclaim turning back to face my mother tears streaming down my face. "I have spent my entire life trying to live up to everyone's expectations and I have never once thought of what I actually want!"
Alena is the daughter of Athena and has grown up being expected to be a more amazing version of her mother but everyone realizes how different they really are when Alena turns out to be the εξουσία (Greek for power, authority or in over her head all accurate). A god/goddess with the power to control every element who will either end their world or save it. Which one is entirely up to the stars.
(All of the kids in this book will be the children of Greek, maybe some Roman, gods or goddesses but will not follow the mythology)
