Some would say the world ended the moment the dead began to roam the earth and eat the living. Others, would say it had only just begun, because for some, the world hadn't ended at all, for some, it hadn't even changed...
The world hadn't ended...it just began anew.
In this new world, one would be foolish to think they could survive alone, but it was also foolish to trust others so readily.
In a world where you have to trust a stranger, or risk it all alone, which path would you rather take? Which path is more dangerous?
People could get you killed. They could betray you or leave you for dead to save themselves. People, were dangerous. Then again, being alone was just as dangerous. To face things alone and have no-one covering your back...
Both paths had their risks and both had their benefits.
In this new world, where both the dead and the living are threats, which would you rather choose to face? And would you dare to face them alone?
When strangers are forced to work together to survive, will they become a family and stay together through thick and thin? Or will their differences tear them apart?
When a lone woman with a...questionable past...crosses paths with a cop, their personalities clash and they don't exactly see eye to eye, however, one common cause causes them to work together and put all differences aside. Staying alive. But more importantly, keeping their families alive. Afterall, it's foolish to travel alone in this new world. It's much wiser to have company...even if that company doesn't trust you.
Now only one question remains... Will these two strangers only survive, or will they they live?
A/N: Obviously I don't own TWD! I only own the plot of this story and any characters I may add into it. By the way this is a slow burn enemies to lovers story! So things will take time! <3
