The Heir

Violet Ashford has managed to get into the most prestigious academy in Sularia, Cerulean Academy, even though she put in the form that she didn't have any of the elements as powers. The sons and daughters of the highest nobles attend the academy. She will most likely get bullied and ridiculed throughout the school year, but she will make it through in the end.

Or so she thought.

An unknown evil threatens the throne. The academy hosts two tournaments, one of physical abilities, the other of wits. The winner of both is to be assigned the King's bodyguard.

Violet tries for the tournament, but when met with a wall too smooth to scale, too hard to break through, she loses.

However, something happens that causes her life to change forever, in ways she never could have expected.

Oh, and, one more thing. Violet can't lie directly. Yes, she's like a faerie, but I assure you, she's human.
