Hi there. It's me again, Jacquelyn Robinson. What am I doing here again, you ask? Well, this is my third songbook. I have written two works of "art" in the past, which you may know as Echoing Light and Treasure. I was fourteen then. Now, I have gained another year of living on my belt, and I understand what it means to truly embrace yourself for who you are. A year ago, I had no idea about this stuff. I was just a girl trying to fit in with society and be like everybody else. Now I understand that you don't need to fit in on anybody else's standards. Just your own.

Being fearless isn't about the absence of fear. It's about having fears but jumping anyway. Realizing that you must gather all your courage to act despite experiencing fear or doubt. As somebody with social anxiety, being "fearless" is having fear in your bones, but doing something anyway. Like writing songs. Or writing anything. Because you feel like you will never live up to anyone's stanards. And the truth is? You probably never will. Don't set the bar too high. Just be yourself. And that is what this book of songs is about.
