After majoring in English, Emma Swan publishes her first book. "An inconvenient attachment", a LGBTQ+ romance novel that talks about two women falling in love at the worst time possible, sells tons of copies within the first couple of months and Emma couldn't be happier. She has a nice apartment in Boston, a small group of loyal friends, a supportive girlfriend, her dream of becoming a writer came true; there's nothing she could desire anymore...beside the woman she wrote the book about, who still lives in the ballroom of her mind.
