After Thalia's only family, her brother, dies in the battle between Piltover/Zaun and Noxus/The Herald, she decides to leave the Sister Cities behind. But before she can get far, she finally meets the Zaunite Legend Jinx, left wounded after the fight but very much still alive.

Brought together by their need to leave, the two of them realize they aren't exactly oil and water. . . and slowly, they become more than acquaintances . . . and more than friends.
