Emilie Jones, the #1 Customer Service rep (or so her boyfriend likes to say.) Most of her days are spent fielding complaints like, "I'm missing 12 sheets of paper! 12 sheets! Oh, How will I ever live?" It's a thankless job, but with Jim Halpert coming back to Scranton after the big Stamford-Scranton merger, maybe things will get a little more interesting.
Jim's already mentioned two new faces from Stamford: Karen, the girl with an amazing personality (seems biased since they're dating but okay), and Andy Bernard, who Jim described as "an angrier, yet somehow slightly less annoying Dwight."
