Mackenzie Ziegler and Sim Hendrix are two college students about to graduate from a fine arts program in filmmaking. Despite being in the same program, they've never gotten along, always finding themselves at odds over everything. Their rivalry is well-known, making it all more shocking when their professor randomly pairs them together for their final project.

And the catch?

They have no choice but to work together, and the project must be a romance film, with them as the lead characters.

Forced into this unlikely partnership, Mackenzie and Sim start off on the wrong foot.
