And this little boy's name is izuku midoriya.

Izuku is friends with a boy his same age, bakugou katsuki. They were childhood friends. And as they both became 4 years old, bakugou developed a quirk, it is explosions. Then, he started thinking that he will be the number 1 hero, and will be better than allmight when he grew up. His ego became really big and he is always bragging about himself, leaving poor quirkless izuku ignored, it turned from ignoring to bullying. It all started at middleschool...
