Galaxy's life is filled with difficult choices and constant challenges. She has extraordinary powers, but they come with a heavy burden. Every day, she tries to control and use her abilities for good, but there's a pull toward something darker. The darkness offers more power and control, but it's also dangerous. Galaxy fears what she might become if she gives in, but the temptation is hard to ignore.

At her core, Galaxy wants to protect the people she loves. But instead of letting them close, she pushes them away, believing the only way to keep them safe is by staying distant. She fears that if they get too close, the storm inside her will hurt them. The more she tries to protect them, the more isolated she feels.

Her life is filled with training and missions from figures like Lance, who manipulates her into believing she needs to embrace the darkness to achieve her goals. Galaxy resists, but doubt constantly creeps in. She doesn't want to be a weapon; she wants to be a hero. But the darker side of her makes that feel impossible.

Galaxy battles guilt and fear worried that one day, she'll lose herself completely to the darkness. Every time she uses her powers, she fears she's slipping further away from the person she once was. She wants to connect with others but struggles with her pride and anger, afraid of revealing the truth about her powers. But Harmony, Her cousin, who is fearful, strong calm, tries to bring her out from her dark side. She believes that Galaxy hasn't done anything wrong. Even though Galaxy tries to break her or tear Harmony's heart, Harmony will always be there.

In her quiet moments, she wonders if she can still be the hero she once was, or if the darkness is now her only path. Galaxy's journey is one of constant conflict between light and darkness, love and power, and hope and fear.

Raised by her father, a healer with a past shrouded in secrecy, she spends her days tending to the sick and reading tales of gods and magic-stories that once shaped the kingdom but are now long forgotten. But far beyond the mountains, the Evergloom Forest is spreading. Its shadows stretch further each year, swallowing villages, whispering in the minds of those who wander too close. No one knows why. No one dares to ask. Until the knights come. When a group of royal soldiers arrives in Lyrindale, led by the formidable Daelan Sylva, Celest's world begins to unravel. The Gun For Hire's Bounty

35 parts Ongoing

Tempest has no human bone in her body. She is devoid of all emotions, making her 'job' as a guns-for-hire easy- at least, that's what the heroes call it. She doesn't see it as a job but as a lifestyle. After all, that is all she's ever been surrounded by. Blood, money, drugs, psychos, more blood and money. Blood money. All of that shit. The only problem is that the heroes disagree with her so-called 'lifestyle' and start a special task force in her name called D. O. A. Best known as the operation Dead. Or. Alive. The person specifically tasked to bring her in is none other than the great hero, Phoenix. He is best known for his smarts, good looks, and being a virtuous savior. But among people like Tempest, he is known as another overpowered, overrated hero no one can escape. Not even those blessed with super speed or teleportation can escape him. So, it should be effortless for him to catch her since she has no superhuman abilities. Except it's not. Tempest has a deadly virus no scientist, no government, no god can ever get rid of. So, when she finds out she is being hunted down by not only the hero society but the face of it, she turns to biological warfare. The few other people with the disease would never dare to do something like that, but Tempest would. If it guarantees her coming out on top, she will.
