This was a short story (five pages long on google docs) I had originally written for my English class and I am hoping to eventually turn it into a full blown chapter book someday so if you want to watch my writing improve every update (hopefully at least) come on and read my cyberpunk story that takes place in 2050 and follows a trio as they learn a secret about this evolved Covid virus killing everyone once they hit the age of twenty

Greedy... and prideful... we'd do anything to achieve our goals... even if it meant ending the world... Once a certain age, you are offered to go to school to learn and be in a good environment for your assigned role. Of course which is determined by a test you take once you pass or are the age of 18. Little Bell is sent to the biggest littles academy in the country by her loving parents after her testing. As nervous as she is, she tries her best to make a good first impression. Which works good enough to make a good little friend with his caregiver... Conquer the Wasteland
*Prologue* To be entirely honest with you, I never really considered my future. It's not like I needed to...right? Why would you care about jobs and your educational success when you could be scavenging for food, perhaps? I mean what use is your academic future in the apocalypse? Dramatic right? As I sit here, writing this down, I feel a little pathetic. Although the chance that someone would read my story is incredibly low, I can't help but feel a small glimmer of hope that someone will find it. It would become an instant best-seller! Who wouldn't read the first-hand account of a zombie apocalypse survivor? Even if that day were to arrive, I can guarantee that I won't be alive to see it. The world is a complete and total mess and we are the only ones to blame. Why do you ask? Well, why don't we take a trip down memory lane? Here we are again with the crew! Back with the Ringleader, the Archer, the Samurai, the Batter, and the Kid! In an alternate universe where instead of zombies plaguing the world, it's mutants. However, they have different names now. The Ringleader - The Bearer The Samurai - The Guardian The Archer - The Improviser The Batter - The Runner The Kid - The Medic Mutants are creatures that look human but have one distinct characteristic that proves their true from. It's their eyes. Look into an abyss of blues with rows of symbols circling around the pupil to know the truth. The only way to beat them is to destroy the heart. Once found out, the mutants turn to their real form. They become beasts of legend. Serpants that dwell deep in the sea. Lizards that grow in size and take flight to the skies. Hounds that double or triple in size and spew the elements. And many more shapes, colors, and sizes. Once transformed the heart is shown involuntarily, simply dangling around the neck like a pendant. A Country Life
Three hundred years after the fall, the known world is beginning to regain a semblance of order, with the sword the ultimate power once more. But not everything of old was lost, and there are some that will exert deadly effort to obtain what was left behind. Orphaned, plague-marked and mistrusted by the community he lives in, a boy must come to terms with the fact that he is different from everyone else, but is soon the focus of unwelcome and deadly attention. Separated from her father, a young girl has to learn to survive in a foreign land haunted by tribes of ghosts and roving bands of piratical thralls to a sadistic King. A watcher keeps lonely vigil from within a fortress that has been under siege for hundreds of years, while a soldier dies for the twenty-third time, and dies again while wondering if he is going mad. First started in 2015, this story is at 50k+ words, but was removed when a plotting hiccup was encountered. I now intend to split it into three parts, and this is the complete Part 1. Cyberpunk: Viper
Follow the story of Sam Torres, who ventures into Night City in search of his long lost mother. However, with the scene being set in 2082, 5 years after the events of Cyberpunk 2077, the world of Night City has drastically changed, in ways you can't imagine. But as they say, old habits die hard, and some traditions just carry on, no matter the circumstances. An idea that was inspired by a friend of mine, follow Sam as he sets off on his journey into Night City, and join him as he gets entangled with the dangers of Night City. I'll be releasing each chapter every few weeks or so, along with an artwork that goes along with the chapter. Be aware that this is the first time I've tried writing any type of novel, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for artists who can produce artwork for my characters and the story, so if you are interested, hit me up! And one last thing, this purely a fanfic, it's not official or anything like that.
L.O.V.E.
100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden.
