A voice calls from the shadows of the opera house to innocent chorus girl, Maddie McWilliams. Only ballet mistress Wakaba Isshiki knows that the voice is that of the Black Mask, a disfigured musical genius who haunts the catacombs of the theatre. When temperamental diva Haru Okumura storms out, the theatre managers thrust Maddie into the spotlight. Her mesmerizing performance captivates both the audience and the Black Mask. But he is not the only powerful man to be awed by the young soprano, as Maddie finds herself courted by the theatre's wealthy patron, Akira Kurusu. Though she is enthralled by the Black Mask, Maddie is drawn to the dashing Akira, enraging the Black Mask and setting the stage for a dramatic crescendo.

8 parts Ongoing
In a kingdom where magic and myth intertwine, Razalea-known only as Raze-is the star of the legendary playhouse, The Grand Cyprus. On stage, she becomes whoever the audience desires. Off stage, she is no one, a phantom slipping between identities, wearing masks of her own making. Every personality had a color in Raze's mind, a shade woven into the fabric of each role she played. When she slipped into a new persona, she became the mask-her features hardening, softening, shifting effortlessly between gentle and unyielding, timid and fearless. A girl of a hundred faces. And yet, beneath it all, when the stage lights dimmed and the act was over-she was just a girl who was barely sixteen. The El'Grazhia academy looms in the distance, a place of prestige and power where warriors, spellcasters, and beast riders are forged. It should mean nothing to her. And yet, its presence unsettles her-its very scent gnaws at something buried deep within. A reckless duel in the streets, whispers of unrest between kingdoms, and a plot to sabotage the academy's trials pull her into a game she never meant to play. But more dangerous than the scheme itself are the eyes that follow her-some lingering in curiosity, others with chilling intent. They watch as she shifts between roles, as if waiting for her to slip, to reveal the truth even she does not fully know. She has spent her life cloaked in illusion, painting herself in borrowed colors. But beneath the masks, beneath her kaleidoscope-what is her true color? And will she find it before the watchers do? The theater was always her stage. But this time, the audience is unseen, and the performance may cost her everything.
My Key Item (Joker X Futaba) Persona 5 Royal by Rydernort
26 parts Complete Mature
After months of getting to know and love Futaba Sakura, knowing that she is the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with, it's all ripped away by one man. Takuto Maruki has decided that people cannot be allowed to think for themselves, and that they should never have to feel pain, well, unless you interfere with his plan. After being thoroughly trounced by the Phantom Thieves, Maruki makes one last ditch attempt to break the theives, and kills Futaba. In his blind rage, Akira Kurusu, otherwise known as Joker takes matters into his own hands, and stops the mad God in his tracks. Time reverts to its original self, with Akechi dead and gone and Maruki and Futaba alive and well, and Akira in Juvinile Detention. After being freed from prison, he finds out that something went wrong when the timeline was restored. Futaba knows him not as her lover, but merely as his friend. Now Akira must find a way to cope with this new life in Hometown, while trying to juggle the return of the Metaverse, and Futaba tries to find her way through the complex feelings she has for Joker, but can't quite explain, as well as the dreams that almost feel like memories. Will she push through and recover her memories and her love? Or will she and Akira both fade into the Mementos of what they have lost. I took a couple liberties with events and the Timeline, but overall, I stayed fairly close to the original game's story. This is a passion project that sprung to mind while driving, and now I'm hyperfixated... Welp, time to churn out a book. ENJOY READING IT!! Persona 5 and all affiliated games, characters, terms, and Lore belong to ATLUS/SEGA.
