A deaf boy, named Nigel, settles in the image of what everyone sees him as: a once hearing-to-deaf and pitiful teen. With that, he's able to hide the his true and dark nature that allows him to take revenge out on those who hurt someone he cared for the most. Until one of those people he intends to punish, Evan, happens to be someone he didn't expect to care for. Someone he can't decide to hurt, or protect from his own nature he can't help. *** "Why are you looking at my lips?" Evan questions him, and he saw Nigel look back at them again. "Are you into dudes or something? Listen, I'm straight, but I don't have a problem with gay dudes. Just don't try to force your sexuality onto me, that's pretty shitty." The more he spoke, the more Nigel would look at his lips. Evan began to cover his mouth now and saw Nigel almost look offended by him doing so. Now he was confused and raised his eyebrow. Only to see Nigel sigh, stepping back as he looked down at Evan in contempt. "I am deaf, but I can read lips perfectly. You really have no filter, saying whatever you want without the consideration of how others might feel." Nigel spoke up, shocking Evan as he heard his voice for the first time. "I'm bisexual, not gay; but you don't need to worry. I wouldn't dream of forcing anything upon anyone. Besides, I'd never like somebody like you." Evan watched as Nigel began to reach behind the counter, pulling up a camera out of nowhere. That's when his picture was taken on the spot and he flinched. Except Nigel just connected the camera to the computer as Evan's picture was extracted. Set on a template for a library card, he saw Nigel working on it. He didn't care about that though as it was the words that he said. 'Besides, I'd never like somebody like you.' That was ringing in his mind more than anything else because... "Wait, I think I heard you wrong."

"that's rich coming from a pretty boy" I narrow my eyes. "I'm not a pretty boy." He smirks standing from the desk and reaching forward twirling a piece of my hair between his fingers. "not in the traditional sense no...but you still bleed daddy's money" I reach up gripping his wrist, maybe harder then necessary; suddenly angry. "you don't know me Jasper, don't pretend you do" He sucks in a breath before leaning forward and putting his mouth next to my ear "I know you're so desperate for me, you can't fucking think straight" My breath catches and my eyes flick up meeting his not believing I heard what I did, but there's no denying it when he pushes me against his door and his lips meet my own hungry, angry, frustrated. ••• Jasper Collins is not expecting to ever step foot inside Balton's Boys School. A private behavioural school for those who can afford it, but after one too many expulsions and a scholarship opportunity Jasper finds himself stuck in a place filled with pretty boys who've done nothing worse then forget to shine their silver spoon. Beckett Chambers took on a mentorship position at Balton's to stay away from home. He could care less about status and social image he just wants to find a way out of Manning Heights and Balton's was supposed to be his safe haven until then. What he didn't expect was for his mentee to show up and make everything a whole lot more complicated. ________________________________________ Disclaimers: •This is a bXb story! •This is a LIGHTLY edited, first draft *respectful* constructive criticism is welcome🤍 Cover art: Created on Canva, unfortunately I don't know the artist who created the artwork :( Started: December 2020 Completed: December 2022 •• #1 in QueerLove -04/05/22 #1 in boysschool -05/15/22 #2 in MxM -05/05/22 #2 in Confused -05/19/22 #1 in Poorboy -09/08/22 #1 in Queer -05/08/22 #1 in Mentor -07/5/22 #1 in bxblove -09/01/22 #1 in boardingschool-12/16/22 #1 in delinquent

THIS IS PART OF A SERIES, READ "MY TEACHER AND I" FIRST! Aiden Smith is happy just the way his life is. He has a loving boyfriend, Cato, and is doing great in school. He is on the fast track to follow his dreams at the young age of 20. Only two short years and he would be able to buy a bakery and start selling sweets. But things he thought were already in perfect place started falling when Jayvee Haddox came into the picture. Jayvee Haddox is the soon-to-be Alpha of the Green Moon Pack. He has yet to meet his mate even at the age of 20, almost three years late. He decided to wait to look for his mate until after he got an education. He is doing great in school and staying focused on his goal. That is until his nose catches the scent of a sweet baker. -- "You can wait all you like, I don't mind. Stay with that boyfriend of yours, really. But it won't change the fact that sooner or later, you are going to be begging me to take you." Jayvee said smugly, his body holding me against the wall, the back of his hand touching my cheek lightly. The smell of his cologne was making my head fuzzy. I had to get away from him before I did something I would regret. I couldn't hurt Cato. "What's wrong? You seem a little shook," He paused to bring his head next to mine, he spoke right into my ear making me shiver. "Little mate." He bit my ear and all hope was thrown out the window.
