Is that really possible when he's struggling to let go of his past, even though that's precisely what he needs to do to reach his goal?
Chuuya is just another student at Yokohama National University. He's saved up for ages to go to college, but now that he's there, reality hits him right in the face.
Is the chemistry major he chose really for him, or is he just chasing someone else's dream? Someone who's dream shouldn't even be worth chasing?
Somewhere amidst the endeavor that is their life, they meet each other. Wonder how that'll go.

The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps. Dazai has been a resident of this "school" for well over a year and he's got quite the reputation amongst the other "students". There are plenty of rumors about his mysterious past, and they are all the more terrifying when you find out that more than half of them are true. Chuuya was sent to this facility after being kicked out of one of the many foster homes he's been into.
