Kim Seo-Yeon, a rising K-pop idol struggling with an eating disorder, attends a party with her group after a concert. There, she meets a rapper named Thanos. They grow close, fall in love, and eventually succumb to drug addiction.

Kim Seo-Yeon's worsening addiction leads her company to drop her. To protect Thanos from spiraling down with her, she ends their relationship, leaving them both heartbroken. Deep in debt, she starts stealing drugs from dealers but is caught and sent to prison, where she gets clean.

After her release, Kim Seo-Yeon reflects on losing her career, her relationship, and her future. With debts piling up and people demanding money, she feels life is no longer worth living. Just as she is about to give it all up, a man approaches her with an offer to play a game.
