Fighting Feelings
"You can't say stuff like that" I mumble, and he chuckles. "And why cant I?". "Because we're friends" I say, reminding both him and myself. I dont miss how Cameron's smile drops a little from my reminder, but he plays it off and nudges my shoulder. "Indeed we are pretty girl. So I suggest you quit blushing around me. That's not what friends do". _____________________________________ Charlotte Hendrix. Everyone at school views her as sweet, innocent little Charlotte. And although she is sweet, she's not as innocent as everyone thinks. Cameron Cooper. The new boy. The kind, funny boy who hides his shitty life with a big smile on his face. The boy who tries help everyone but forgets himself. What a perfect match. _______________________________________ After having a small, awkward interaction with the new guy while rushing not to be late to Ms Parkers math class, having to eat lunch together with friends was not what Charlotte expected. But when left alone, with the help of three milkshakes, a friendship forms between the two. Well..its a bit more complicated than a simple friendship. Feelings are quickly formed, but its never that simple. Add some denial, a few milkshakes, alot of toxic friendship, and a bit of fighting feelings, and you end up with this hectic story. *Insert dramatic music* Two best friends, normal, right? Well, not in this case. Love wasn't a thing in either of their lives. But when each other entered, it...was awkward..? A not so innocent blonde and a very outgoing, annoying brunette. Stuck between, just friends, or each other's love interests. What will they do? Will boys get in the way, or were they always meant for each other... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Avery and I were walking the field, talking to each other, or should I say just her talking and me listening. We walk past this tree, and then she stops. "Wait! Can we sit under this tree? It's kinda hot, and also, I'm getting lazy." I smile at her. "Of course!" I say, going under the tree and sitting down. She walks over as well, I pull my hand out to help her, she takes it and sits next to me. "Wow, such a gentleman," she mocks. I laugh at her joke. I love that she makes me smile.Complete

[COMPLETE] Sorry this may be cringe, it was written very long ago A seemingly ordinary, working college girl meets a cool, undeniably sexy boy with millions of followers at his feet. How will their completely different lives allow, or prevent them from getting what they want? Expect some drama, flirty lines, steamy scenes, funny best friends, and perhaps, an overall epic love connection. ~ Carter came around the corner as his eyes darkened with a predatory gaze. Oh no. He took a step forward, minimalizing the distance with every dominating stride, as I froze in my spot. My breath hitched as his arms finally encircled my waist and his eyes locked with mine. In one swift motion, he flipped my body so my back was pressed against his chest and hands gripped the curve of my hips. "What game are you trying to play at Valerie?" he spoke in a husky voice. Goosebumps danced along my skin as his hot breath fanned against the shell of my ear and his fingertips lit a trail of blazing heat along the length of my arm. Mentally shaking myself from the trance of that which is Carter Bryson, I tilted my head towards him and whispered; "One where you'll lose." Quickly escaping his hold on me before the tension became unbearable, I spun on my heel to face him and slowly backed away towards the exit. "Good luck though." I added mischievously. With a smirk and a devilish glint in his eyes that could even give hell a run for its money, he replied; "I'm not a player though, baby. I'm the gamemaker." ~ ❗️Mature content.
