Nikita and Nikalus Grimes: The twins

Nikita and Nikalus Grimes are the twin kids of Rick and Lori Grimes. They are 20 years old. Niklaus works alongside his father at the police station, and Nikita is a doctor at the hospital. One day, a trauma comes in, and it's her father and twin brother, both shot. 2 months pass, and her brother and dad are in a coma with still no change when the apocalypse hits. She's dragged from the hospital by Shane, despite her protests to stay. Little did she know that a few months later, she'd be reunited with them.
