Emotion is a powerful thing, all emotions hold purpose, some help us grow, some hold us back, and some show our appreciation and joy, and some poetry is meant to be released just like our emotions, to help us feel, and remember that in our harsh times the world isn't ending'

All poems here are written by Kaitlyn Domermuth (me), perhaps they're a little depressing, but each poem was a step towards growth, and realization.

Author note: just know that how you feel is valid, don't let people fool you into thinking your 'negative' emotions are less than your happy ones. I hope this book finds you well, when you feel alone, and need the reminder that there are others just like you.
