Creston's life is changing; things are only getting worse as the first month of infection continues to the second and third. He knows that a changing world requires him to change with it, not just a changing world but a dying one. But if he must change with the world then does he die with it? Or live past it? Not only has Creston and his friends suffered but are now faced with learning to survive in a permanently diseased world. One which will fight back through hell and high water.

After he found the courage to stand up to his mother he also got more involved with Kaine and soon found himself craving the time he spent with the handsome boy.
