Living away from the main city in his kingdom wasn't too bad, in Minho's opinion. With the current king queen being the two worst rulers in the kingdom's history, and them not having an heir, it was best to stay away from them. The Royal Guard was corrupt, the nobles had way too much power, and with how much they hated the poor, it wasn't as bad as it could be.
The poorest of the capital's people are excluded from society, Minho and his brothers included. One day, he meets a man in the woods and they become friends. There was a past to Minho's new friend, a past he didn't know. Maybe one day he would, but until then, Minho could only hope for his poor and average life not to change. Although, this hope was short lived.
