You truly forget what you have until their life is threatened. Shadow and Silver's relationship was anything but healthy due to Shadow's refusal to confront his mental issues, leaving any amount of trust and connection flickering. But when a horrific train accident robs Silver of the last three years of his life- erasing every memory of their time together, good and bad- Shadow seizes the chance to vanish from his world for good.
But love isn't so easily forgotten. As fragmented memories begin to surface, Silver finds himself curious about the ebony hedgehog whose presence feels... achingly familiar.
