Adriyn Sylveil is a twenty-three year old college student who is studying engineering and culinary arts, hoping to bring her expertise with food and machine's to an all new level. Well, that was who she was before the Overgrown. A few years before she could graduate, it all came down. The trees roots started to destroy the cement roads, the old vines hanging off the buildings invaded windows and doorways, making them impossible to inhabit, and the animals had gained a new consciousness, one that would not allow their homes to be taken over again. Soon after Mother Nature's revolt against human evolution, the human race itself could not survive in such harsh climates. Devolving wasn't apart of their plan. There were only a few survivors, and Adriyn was lucky to be one. It's been three years since the Overgrown, and the woman is struggling to find other survivors that welcome her with open arms. But it seems like Mother Nature herself wasn't as careful as she thought she was in her little invasion. Uncontrollable magic. That was how she took over. But, in her little rampage, she didn't take all of it back. Therefore, leaving it for humans to find. Adriyn didn't expect to take on such a responsibility, but with this knowledge and anonymous power, she hopes to stop Mother Nature and her tyranny against the human race for good.
