Romance
Gia is a rebelliously independent young woman who has a love for the nostalgic. Through sheer will and determination, she has defied all odds and is living her dream of owning a business of her own. However, business is business, and not everybody on your team will have as much conviction and drive to achieve your dreams the way you want to. Gia soon found herself drowning under the weight of the business she loved, as her friends and comrades slowly lost their commitment to her dream. And this is where Dev comes in, a corporate superhero who chooses to walk beside her, believing in her dreams and visions for the future. He had narrowly escaped the unending rat race of the fast and competitive corporate world with his life and sanity in his hands. Gia's vision was like a shining beacon in the dark he was manoeuvring while picking up the pieces of his broken career and soul. A cautiously trusting relationship was built between the two, and a curious attraction which nobody in the world but the two of them cared for begun to bloom. This is their story.

Lullaby "Lu" Jenkins hasn't always been the confident, well-adjusted, self-assured woman she is today. As a child, she faced the cruel bullying hallmark to the Fat Experience. Then as a young woman, the humiliating torment from chauvinists who hated her for existing in a body they found unsatisfactory. She swore to herself that she'd never let anyone, especially any man, mistreat her ever again, no matter the cost. And now she has everything: a successful career, passions and hobbies that keep her busy, and Philadelphia, the city she loves. When her longtime roommate and best friend moves away, she makes the impulsive decision to buy a house of her own, one that could benefit from a few updates. She hires Nick Johnson, a charismatic contractor who seems equally interested in her as he is with the home renovations. Lu finds his kindness odd at first, sometimes even unsettling, but is eventually convinced that maybe, just maybe, she can open herself up to him. As she endeavors to step out of her comfort zone with Nick, she faces new challenges at work. Clients are more demanding than ever and two of her male colleagues seem to have it out for her following her recent promotion. She becomes the victim of relentless and violent career sabotage, the origin of which forces her to revisit her painful past, and ultimately, question her future with the man she's grown to love.
