Sonic's story:
Ruby Rose misses her boyfriend Sonic the Hedgehog, however, the Time Eater proceeds to attack Beacon Academy, then other universes, A birthday celebration is being held for the present Sonic by his friends, scattering them all through different time portals. Modern Sonic awakens in White Space and rescues his friends and newly allies from that monster.

Shadow's story:
While Rouge the Bat, and others attend Sonic the Hedgehog's birthday party, Shadow the Hedgehog travels to the derelict Space Colony ARK to investigate a report of strange activity. He discovers Black Doom, the leader of the Black Arms alien race, survived his defeat and pursues him. Shadow finds the fake Chaos Emerald previously created by Miles "Tails" Prower, but he is caught in a time anomaly created by the Time Eater and pulled into the realm of White Space,where a large object, the Black Moon, hovers. As Shadow explores White Space, he discovers relics that cause his body to mutate and develop new powers and fortunately new allies.

Based on After Sonic Unleashed X RWBY by @ernsts22 but a change it little. So @ernnst22 and @sonic1942, I made a new story a version than Union New Frontier, something better without Issei was defeated and taken away, so I decided to keep him alive because he's important, I don't want him to end up like Bakugo, so I make up a decide of Sonic x Shadow Generations, which is perfect, like a multiverse disaster for Time Eater.
