Years after her break up with Toni, Cheryl's living in New York with her best friend. She didn't see herself living the life she was, it wasn't what she imagined for herself growing up, but she was doing much better than she had in such a long time.
Old faces show up and her new life beginnings to spiral. Unsure of what to do she tries to ignore everything happening around her. No matter how much she tried to work through her past, her ex girlfriend would always be a sore spot.
She didn't believe that would ever change.
