A continuation of the Sly 3 ending. Thieves in Time felt like a poor conclusion to the franchise and a poor representation of the characters. In this fic I tried to offer an additional explanation for the ending of Honor Among Thieves while changing as little as possible and then provide a resolution to the story I felt the characters deserved and one I was happy with.

One gang, one vault, and an epic adventure filled with romance, action, adventure, drama, and heartache. Rae Vixen returns as her, Sly, and Bentley try to bring an old friend back and expand their gang in order to pull the heist of the century. They are trying to get into the Cooper/Vixen Vault, located on Kaine Island, and the owner is a spiteful mandrill by the name of Dr. M, who has spent years trying to get into that vault, but hasn't had any success. However, when the next owners of the vault come onto his island with the key to open it, he wants to do everything he can to take their canes so that he can have whatever is inside all to himself. Rae and Sly though, aren't about to let that happen. So then, these two have to find an old friend and try to gather more members to pull this job off because this time, four members aren't going to be enough. Can the Cooper Gang find Murray and gather more teammates, or will this plan to get into that vault be doomed to fail from the very beginning? Bentley has created a time machine so that they can travel through time and restore these strange anomalies before their family history is forever corrupted by the likes of a man who goes by the name of Ceril Le Paradox. Now, forced to tag along on another adventure involving time travel, Rae must resolve her differences with Sly if they ever wish to repair their fragmented timeline. However, what happens when Sly gets tired of playing this game with her, and what secrets will be revealed once he finally confronts her about it?
