Ava is a seventeen year old collage student from England who happens to be visiting America at the worst time possible.
After being separated from her group about four weeks ago Ava has had to fend for herself. Nearly being on the verge of death Ava was found by a sheriff called Rick Grimmes.
Arriving back at the prison she meets a redneck called Daryl Dixon. He's one of those people who always keep everything to himself.
From meeting everyone else in the group Ava starts to feel at home when something major happens.

I haven't written a story in the first person since Broken. It's not as easy as it sounds, but I enjoyed the challenge. This story has taken me months to write and I finished it just days after the Season 8 midseason finale. Any similarities to that episode are pure coincidence.
