Chloe Celestia Chanel, is a 1/2 Veela, an elemental who can wield any element existing, holder of the legendary sister of the elder wand, known as the Empress of Magic along with being Jennie Kim, a member from Blackpink, best friends with Fleur Delacour, is the most powerful witch, with powers no one can imagine.

A special power that makes her sought after is that she can stop or reverse death.

Chloe has the power to absorb any kind of magic, which makes her powerful. She is/was Draco Malfoy's girlfriend, but left Hogwarts after a heartbreak in the middle of her second year and transferred to Beauxbatons' Academy of Magic, becoming famous and has all her professors and schoolmates wrapped around her finger.

Chloe Celestia Chanel was determined to make Draco Lucius Malfoy suffer and regret cheating on her with that cow.

She becomes Head Girl, also known as the Queen of Beauxbatons. She is good at both ballet and K-pop and creates the famous female K-pop group with a few other students at Beauxbatons at the age of 13.

Her father is the minister of the French Ministry of Magic as well.

What happens if she goes back to Hogwarts for the Triwizard Tournament in her fourth year at Beauxbatons, not as a champion, but only as Head Girl and to impress the other two schools?
What happens if she meets Cedric Diggory and falls in love?
