Today I read a book and suddenly got a thought in my mind we have two choices to live our life the first one is motion and the other one is action. When we are in the motion then we plan and strategize everything like wake up early go for a walk or make to do list and we think we are progressing but you are wrong my friend i know those all are good things but it doesn't generate any kind of result. On the other hand if i talk about the action then it will definitely produce an outcome. How ? if i want to lose weight, I watch a lot of videos reading books that are motion. Instead of exercising, eating healthy food is an action. it depends on us which kind of life we want to live one focused on motion or one driven by action.All Rights Reserved
