The Trials of Aidan Night

Aidan Night, a seemingly normal 15-year-old, discovers he is the demigod son of Nox, the primordial goddess of night and darkness. After surviving an attack from a banshee disguised as his teacher, he learns that an ancient prophecy has marked him as the key to a celestial war between light and dark. With the help of Rowan, a mysterious warrior with ties to a secret society, Aidan must embark on a perilous journey across modern-day America to stop the rise of an ancient force known as Umbra - the shadow of death.

Along the way, Aidan encounters mythological monsters, forgotten gods, and other demigods, uncovering truths about his father, his destiny, and the power of darkness within himself.
