In the year 2126, Schelvia City is a futuristic utopia built to foster the intellectual growth of students. Everything is governed by academic achievements, with students' futures shaped by their marks and starnames. At the top of this hierarchy is the Student High Council, a group of elite students entrusted with protecting the city. Yoshi Manami, ranked 8th among them with eight starnames, is a powerful protector wielding the mysterious Vitreous, a pendant that transforms into weapons based on his focus.

However, beneath this seemingly perfect society lies hidden chaos. Bunker, a rogue faction of students, manipulates corrupted robots, causing violence within the city. Meanwhile, Kaito Hancer, the son of a notorious rebel leader, threatens to unravel the fragile peace. Adding to the danger is the ongoing threat of the ZESTROPEDIAN, rogue satellites designed to protect Earth from asteroids but now turned against humanity, attacking from the skies.
