Carl Grimes is your average popular guy, he's at the age of 16, best friends with Sophia Peletier. The duo are pretty popular you could say, being some of the hottest/prettiest and confident people in school.
Ron Anderson,on the other hand, is a 15 year old male slowly surviving through high school with the help of his best friend's,Mikey Williams and Enid Mettle. The trio are a bit of an outcast group, staying quiet and not getting into drama or trouble, (except for Enid) just trying to live their lives.
When Ron's younger brother, Sam Anderson dies at the hands of his father, Pete, Ron finds it hard to keep going, having already had enough of life's problems. Even the comfort of his own friends don't help, as he seeks out something more than just words, something to get it off his mind, someone to hold.

As those she loves passes on around her, she is reluctant to let anyone else in and struggles with the choice of staying with her group or straying from her group. On her journey, she learns the importance of saving herself and when necessary, saving others. Any characters and places mentioned from the television show The Walking Dead belong to Robert Kirkman.
