Carrying the Ashes

In a small town ravaged by the worst fire it has ever known, Clementine and Dennis struggle to navigate the aftermath. The blaze took their homes and, more devastatingly, their fathers-both fire captains who died in the line of duty. Now, as they try to cope with the loss and rebuild their lives, their friendship begins to unravel. Clementine, determined to keep her father's legacy of lightheartedness alive, unintentionally hurts Dennis, whose grief has transformed him into someone unrecognizable. As they face their shared history and the weight of the future, both must learn how to honor their fathers while forging a path forward-one that may never be the same as the dream they once shared.
