Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, once described as the most powerful man you never heard of, a man so powerful his casual decisions toppled governments and changed history. He has been credited with starting virtually every significantly productive top secret research program for two decades. Along with masterminding most of the most evil things American has ever been credited with. A person who effectively answered to no one and controlled an unknown number of extremely dangerous highly trained personnel. He controlled an extremely effective intelligence network. A large number of scientists and engineers that operated the various top secret programs and projects he oversaw worldwide. A person who effectively had personal access to enough information, knowledge, money, raw man power technology and resources to make him a super villain in nearly any realm of the multiverse. A man who was assumed to have a legitimate license to kill that was allegedly good on three continents...and a budget big enough to fight god!

And virtually no one knew about him, or the things that he did in the name of his country.
