Hebrew for Holocaust, Shoah is an apostrophic poem focused on the last few minutes of a Holocaust's victim's life by my interpretation of the portrait Ecce Homo. Written while studying the Holocaust, this poem was also inspired by the stories of actual Holocaust survivors. Genocide is the worst kind of nightmare that has become the worst kind of reality, not once, but multiple times. However, only one time is too much and inexcusable. The hatred of others for their beliefs is never an excuse. All Rights Reserved
