Years ago, the descendants of notorious villains were exiled to the Isle of the Lost—a dark, isolated prison surrounded by a magical barrier that traps them. Cut off from the world and deprived of their inherited powers, they live in obscurity, forever living in their parents' shadows.

Malcom the Son of Maleficent, discovers from an ancient text that the key to unlocking the island’s curse lies in the Heart of the Isle, a powerful artifact hidden in the ruins of the Forbidden Castle. The Heart is said to hold the magic that can either break or strengthen the curse, but its price is steep—whoever retrieves it will be bound to its power, trapped in an eternal slumber.

Determined to end their exile, Malcom forms a reluctant team with his fellow island inhabitants: Jaffa, Daughter of Jafar; Evan Son of The Evil Queen; Caroline the daughter of Cruella De Vil; and others with even darker heritages. Together, they must brave the secrets of the island, uncover the past, and face the fact that their destinies are written by those who came before them.

But as the journey leads them closer to the Heart, they begin to realize that having the power to break the curse comes with its own dangers—and that no one can escape their legacy. Can they change their fate, or will the Isle of the Lost consume them like it did their parents?
