IISM is Volunteer Training Program at the National Games!

Experiential Learning Elevated Volunteer Training for the 38th National Games in Uttarakhand.

The State of Uttarakhand has launched an Experiential Learning Program 📖 for the first time in the history of National Games, in collaboration with IISM, Mumbai 🤝, as the Official Volunteer Training partner for the 38th National Games.

This initiative is designed to ensure that volunteers effectively represent their state while managing various responsibilities during the mega event 🏅.

Before commencing the physical training program 💪 for selected volunteers, the online training program 💻 was conducted to evaluate and enhance the capabilities of the aspiring volunteers, providing insights into the roles & responsibilities of a volunteer.

The National Games Organizing Committee envisions not only executing the event smoothly but also prioritizing excellent experiences for athletes, officials, and spectators, maintaining facilities with international standards. 🏟️
