Warmth and Wastes

Deep in the athens mountains, laid a sleeping babe, cold in the snow. Her cries echoed in the cave. Lifted by a pair of male hands, her blanket was removed from her face .

A beautiful baby girl of ivory skin and pale blue eyes laid in a basket made of wool and warmth. The young man who had picked up the newborn babe gasped. "A babe..." he whispered. He took her into the town of Athens and began looking for her parents. Once no one came forward, the man took the babe in and named her,
