Days had passed since Jay had escaped the prison like murder house of the pumpkin rabbit, spending them restlessly trying to prove to other folk that they had come back, and dwelling upon the fact it was nearly her fault her two friends had died. Witnessing such horrors from simply two people had her clueless and in shock for nearly a week by now. Another thing she wondered over.. Why does the pumpkin rabbit do this? Why does his wife indulge? Why would anyone find stuff like THIS, murdering children, enjoyable? There was no righting their wrongs, they had finally been stopped after years of hiding for their next victims.. the biggest question in her mind: *What made the pumpkin rabbit like this? Who? Was he evil to begin with? Or was he drowned in the most mind ending life? How was his family?...* she continued to draw away on little pieces of paper, drawing herself, Dino, and her ..friends. She just couldn't piece it together. She was left to wander.. And although our Jay was put to be clueless and hopeless, what if we took a look behind the rabbit's mask? After all, that's why this story was made. To tell the past of the pumpkin rabbit. Will you fall in?

This fan fiction follows the years after "Jack Skellington returns to Gracey Manor". On December 2004, it's been 3 years since the Haunted Mansion Holiday became the attraction to the other universe. Of course, it's been over 10 years since Jack Skellington, Sally and Zero discovered the Haunted Mansion. The Pumpkin King broke the Gracey Manor curse. He had the spellbook out of the mansion. In a story of the Sanderson sisters, the trio of witches bewitched children to their cottage. When Sarah Sanderson lured Emily Binx on one morning, Thackary Binx followed his sister. When he intervened the Sanderson sisters and failed to save his sister from the life potion, he was cursed. Thackary Binx got transformed into a black cat. The villagers were hunting the witches on that morning. 1693. The Sanderson sisters were hanged. In one tale, the cottage stands. Thackary Binx guards that Sanderson sisters' house. Max Dennison lit the black flame candle. The same guy who saved his sister from the the trio of witches. It only happened on Halloween night. But in my fan fiction... When the Sanderson sisters are hanged due to witchcraft... The villagers burned the cottage. Everything's in ashes... Except the spellbook... And the black sand hourglass... No one dared to possess such cursed items... Somehow... In a 17th or 18th century period... Mephistopheles found them... The Black Sand Hourglass was auctioned... Nobody knows who got the cursed hourglass... For the spellbook... He used it to take Gracey Manor. As for Thackary Binx, the black cat... He was still stuck for all eternity as a black cat. Over the 300 years has passed. Xmas is near. There was one saying that is myth or it will occur in premonition. Every year since the original murders someone is found in the house dead. Some believe it's a curse that started the night of the massacre some say it's just a coincidence. Jin Knows the house is haunted. He wants to go there to release the ghosts trapped there. Naoki wants to find out what really happened the night ten people's lives were cut short. Three others join them on the adventure for their own reasons. Also going to the house is Silas Karlisle the cousin of one of the people murdered at the house. When Silas stumbles upon a scene he shouldn't have seen the people responsible come after him. When they arrive at the house it's up to Jin and the others to stop them and help Silas. But they're really not alone in the house. The ghosts that live there want justice. Will Jin and the others make it out alive especially when an ally comes to help putting his own life at risk.
