Years after the famous rein of Levi, Farlan and Isabel, these two sly teenagers have taken after these heros, zooming around in the dirty slums they call home. It's almost a decent way to live.
But, when the two thieves get their hands on tickets to the surface, their lives change forever. They've been forced to join the 104th Trainee squad. How will they survive now?
