Ethan Torres was your typical high school student-simple lang ang buhay niya, school, friends, and the occasional cramming for exams. Pero isang gabi, everything changed. Strange dreams started haunting him-memories and emotions na hindi naman sa kanya. It felt like someone else's life was invading his mind.

In one dream, he saw himself lying on a hospital bed, weak and dying, with a girl crying beside him. She begged him not to leave her. Ethan couldn't shake the feeling that it was real.

The shock came when he recognized the girl from his dream-si Miss Anani Martinez, ang single na subject teacher niya.

As the memories grew stronger, Ethan pieced together the truth: he was the reincarnation of her one true love who had died from an incurable heart disease.

Now, Ethan must navigate the blurred lines between his present life and a past he never knew. Paano kung ang puso niya ay nagsisimulang tumibok para kay Ma'am Anani? Will he be able to handle the weight of a love that transcends time.
