Mars, once a peaceful society, has deteriorated into a planet of war. Shady corporations have deployed giant robots called Virtuaroids to cause chaos around the planet for their nefarious gain. ZAFT and Earth Alliance created Mobile Suit to fight in a war. And two young man got involved in a war between ZAFT and Earth Alliance.

Sosuke Tenjin and Kira Yamato are two civilians pilot the weapons, Kira pilot Strike Gundam to protect people he caring for, and Sosuke Tenjin pilot his Father's Virtuaroid called Temjin 747J to protect people and Earth from ZAFT's Mobile Suit.

Battling their way through hordes of Virtuaroid armies, the Orb Union Investigation Unit and Orb Union Alliance must find out who this shady corporation is, stop the ZAFT and end the fighting between ZAFT and Earth Alliance once for all.
