If Severus survives the war, everyone will be in terrible danger. Since the day Novah learned about her late brother's secret, that much is clear. But before the young witch can decide whether to save the one she loves or do what's right instead, the whole thing takes another awful turn: Dumbledore.
Now, who can still be trusted in this crazed scheme for power, when even the greatest wizard of all time turns out to be a liar? Novah needs someone skillful to confide in. Regrettably, she's pulled towards the very man she tries to keep at bay. Severus must never learn about his fate and how Novah's brother is ultimately entangled in it. But what she couldn't have foreseen is how the reserved and cunning Potions Master is able to see right through her, which jeopardizes the entire plan to keep him alive. Or everyone else, respectively.
However, before Novah loses him again, she'd rather die herself. And this time, for real...
