Nusrat Shaheen has successfully led an impressive Oracle HCM Cloud transformation at Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design and engineering. With a workforce of over 36,000 people across 30 countries, this project showcased her remarkable ability to handle complex HR technology deployments.

With eight years of experience and a history of twelve successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, Nusrat tackled the challenge of unifying Arcadis's global HR operations. She developed a comprehensive solution that included Core HR, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Benefits, Absence Management, and Helpdesk functionalities, creating a smooth and integrated HR ecosystem.
