Ansley Matthewson is a die-hard Patriots fan who's always had football in her blood, thanks to her older brothers. As she enters her junior year of high school at VHS, she's facing the pressure of earning service hours for the state's Bright Futures scholarship program. But when an unexpected opportunity arises, Ansley finds herself on the sidelines of the varsity football team as the team's full-time water girl-although, she insists on calling herself the "team manager."
