Delilah Lupin-Black was adopted by Remus and Sirius Lupin-Black when she was just a baby. On 31st October 1981 the family was ripped apart when Sirius goes after the person who killed James and Lily Potter, but ends up being taken to Azkaban for murder.
Remus and Delilah are now on their own.
