Jisung's voice, soft and raw, broke through the quiet once again. "Minho?"
"Yeah?" Minho's response was immediate, laced with a tenderness he reserved for no one else.
"When this is all over..." Jisung hesitated, his voice trembling, as if the weight of his words might break him. But then he pressed on, his hand clutching Minho's shirt as if it were his lifeline. "Can we stop running? Just for a little while. I... I just want to be with you. Only you."
Minho exhaled shakily, his heart aching at the vulnerability in Jisung's tone. "We will," he whispered, voice steady but filled with unspoken promises. He tilted his head, brushing his lips against Jisung's temple in a fleeting kiss. "Wherever you want, however long you need. I'll follow you anywhere, Jisung. I'll give you everything."
Jisung's fingers tightened, his breath hitching as tears threatened to spill. "I don't want everything. Just you," he whispered, his voice cracking. "You're all I've ever needed."
