Kang Aera had everything she could ever ask for. With a lovely and supportive mother and the best friends in the whole universe, nothing ever seemed to wipe her signature bright smile off her lips. She was sweet natured and kind but also hard working and determined. Her bubbly personality and outgoing demeanor made it incredibly easy to charm new people in a heartbeat and make new friends everywhere she went.

Aera was a dreamer. It was the one thing she loved most about life. No matter what would happen, she would never stop dreaming. And at sixteen years old and with an undying love for ice skating, her biggest dream was to reach the national's finals and go home with the only gold medal of the evening. Ever since she was a little kid, Aera had loved the winter sport more than anything. She spent every weekend at the ice rink, skating until every small ounce of warmth had left her body. Not once had she skipped practice until the day her mother had to physically keep her away from her signature baby pink skates when Aera had gotten pretty sick.

When her mother crashes her with the news of getting engaged to her company's CEO and wanting the teenage girl to meet both him and his seven sons, nothing could have prepared Aera for the awaiting, unknown future with a new family. Her soon to be step brothers were reckless and different from all the people she had ever met before. They lived up to their bad reputation at their school and seemed to be the definition of not caring about a single thing.
