It's basically the real Outer Banks, just that the main character takes some of Kiara's lines since she's in a relationship with JJ. And it will don't think I'm going to do different POVs, so it'll be just her.

So she is moving to Outer Banks to stay with her dad and brother. She falls for a guy who is her friends ex until she doesn't. John B and the Pogues don't really like it but he wants his sister happy. One day she gets kidnapped and they blame it on Rafe until they get a message from her and realize Rafe is innocent. And one day things happen and she leaves Outer Banks back to her hometown. And stays for a long while and has a kid. Who knows if she'll move back to Outer Banks ever again and see her brother and friends. (THIS IS MY OWN WORK. MY OWN IDEAS. THAT I COME UP WITH.
